pengambilan sampel berstrata adalah metode pengambilan sampel yang melibatkan
pembagian populasi menjadi beberapa kelompok atau strata yang homogen, kemudian
mengambil sampel secara acak dari setiap strata tersebut dengan proporsi

Kothari (2004), stratified sampling is a method of sampling where
the population is divided into several strata or sub-groups, and samples are
taken from each stratum in such a way that the total sample represents the
entire population.
Cochran (1977), stratified sampling is a sampling technique that
involves dividing the population into non-overlapping subgroups or strata, and
then selecting a random sample from each stratum in proportion to the size of
the stratum.
Sarndal et al. (2003), stratified sampling is a technique for
selecting a sample from a population by dividing the population into subgroups
or strata, each of which is homogeneous with respect to the characteristic of
interest, and then selecting a random sample from each stratum.
